Montana drivers ed guide
Most Montana families meet driver education through the public school district, where a state approved traffic education class can put a learner license in a 14 and a half year old's hands and handle testing in house. Anyone licensed before 18 needs that course, six months on the learner license and 50 logged hours (10 after dark). No Montana class wipes out a ticket or points, but insurers must give a discount to drivers 55 and up who complete an approved safety program.
