Kentucky drivers ed guide
Every Kentucky driver whose permit was issued before 18 has to finish the 4-hour Graduated Licensing course before an unrestricted license; it is free in person or on Zoom, or a small fee online. Adults who start at 18 or later need no course. After a ticket, a judge can sentence you to State Traffic School so no points post, and drivers 55 and up can take an approved course for an insurance discount.
