Arkansas drivers ed guide
Arkansas leaves drivers ed up to you: neither teens nor adults have to take a course. Two agencies split the work. The Arkansas State Police run the knowledge, vision and skills tests, and the DFA Office of Driver Services sells the learner, intermediate and Class D licenses. No statewide class wipes out a ticket or takes points away, so whether a course pays off is a question for your court or your insurance company.
